Sgomento is an art and editorial project founded by Marco Pio Mucci and Matteo Pomati in mid-2017. Its first output has been Sgomento Comics, a comic series that involves a different artist to design the cover and the main body of each issue.
In September 2020 Sgomento Zurigo rises: a new exhibition platform; curatorial and theoretical research project aiming to open a conversation with the thriving local creative community through exhibitions, presentations, and other initiatives. Sgomento Zurigo spreads from an idea of the artists Matteo Pomati and Marco Pio Mucci, with the addition of the writer and curator Francesco Tenaglia as Artistic Director.

David Lieske, La Collectionneuse, 2020. A recording of the movie “La Collectionneuse”, 1967, by Eric Rohmer. All dialogues are digitally deleted. The gaps in the original recording created by these deletions are filled up with loops and copies of atmospheres taken from between, before, and after the dialogues in the primary material.
